We have now started refurbishing the petrol exhaust manifolds. They suffer from corrosion of the faces and they do warp.We have made a jig to enable us to clamp the manifold to our milling machine and remove a little material from the gasket faces giving a new flat surface right across.
This is a refurbished item and we need your old manifold sent to us in order for us to fulfil the order. Your manifold must not be cracked or previously repaired as unfortunately we cannot repair this type of damage.
