Hi Steve,  Many thanks for your work on our TOC141 Friday gone.  Your efforts have certainly paid off, it is a dream to drive now and I am very glad I went ahead with the upgrades.  You said there was little play in various components and I nearly said to just adjust it up,  that would have been a mistake because the resulting positive action of gear selection would have been lost.

So, once again, thank you.
Ace job and I am sure it is better now than when it was new!

Hi Steve, just a quick mail to thank you and your team for a first class service, the recon parts and new selector rods are on the van and it's going in each gear like a good one ! No adjustment was needed on the rods which is even better !! Thanks again.  

Belated thanks for the engine-mounts, which arrived promptly. I have just had them fitted.
All I can say is "Wow!".  As well as curing the side-slope problem, I can now appreciate the upgraded linkage properly for the first time.
It's like driving a new van, but surely not a Talbot Express! 

I've now completed over 1000 miles in the motorhome since you overhauled the gear linkage system and what a difference it's made to the driving experience. Thank you for a job well done!

The difference in driving my motor home is incredible, I am so impressed with how slick it is, compared to before, again thank you.

Hi Steve, Would just like to say what a great job you've made of the gear linkage.
I can't believe the difference, it's like a new van, ... gear shifts are a lot closer together (thank goodness)!!

I will have no hesitation in recommending you to other Classic Camper Club members. I will be mentioning you on the letters page anyway..

Just to say" thank you" for the time and care you took.
It feels a different vehicle with the new slick gear changes.  

We've just got back and I thought I'd e-mail straight away with the thumbs up!  The gear change is much better now.  The initial stiffness Sue mentioned wore off on the way home - I guess everything bedded in, and the gear selection is much more precise now.  So hopefully no more complaints from my drivers from now on!!
